TP Vertical Inline pump

TP Series Vertical Inline pump is a single- stage and single- suction vertical centrifugal pump. This series is designed for maximum 140℃ water and industrial fluids.The material of pump casing is cast iron HT250 and ductile iron QT400. The pumps are equipped with air-cooled asynchronous motors. Using standard IE3 motor, users can easily equip the motor according to their needs. The pumps are equipped with a mechanical shaft seal.Radial and axial forces are absorbed by the motor bearings, so additional bearings in the pump section are not required. The flow parts of the pump and the impeller are covered with a corrosion-resistant cataphoresis coating. TWZ Horizontal Close Coupled End Suction Pump

TWZ pumps are non-self-priming, single-stage, cantilever monoblock centrifugal volute pumps with axial inlet port, radial outlet port and horizontal shaft on the base. They are available in PN16 and PN25 body pressure versions. The pumps are fitted with air-cooled asynchronous motors. Impeller and motor shaft are connected via a rigid sleeve coupling (stub shaft). The pumps are fitted with a mechanical shaft seal. The pumps provide a compact arrangement ideal for installations where space is at a premium. WQ Big Submersible Sewage Pump

WQ submersible sewage pump uses a special submersible electric motor at the top and a pump at the bottom. The medium to be pumped is sucked in axially from the bottom, then discharged laterally from the pump body.

The impeller is fixed on the motor shaft extension, forming a common rotor component with the motor shaft. The pump body and pump cover together form the pressure boundary, designed for a temperature of 40°C. The design pressure for pumps with a head of less than 40m is 0.6MPa, and for pumps with a head of ≥40m, the design pressure is 1.0MPa. O-rings are used as reliable static seals at the connections between parts.
