TQPUMPS
1. Class H Thermal-Resistant Motor:
Built with 180°C-rated Class H copper windings and IP68 submersible protection. Designed for continuous S1 duty in hot liquid environments up to 95°C. Optional thermal protector trips at 150°C for complete motor safety.
2. Dual High-Temperature Sealing System:
Combines a Silicon Carbide mechanical seal (resistant to 120°C+) for dynamic sealing with FKM (Viton®) lip seals and O-rings for static sealing, effectively isolating the motor from harsh thermal fluids.
3. Specialized Turbine Oil Lubrication:
The oil chamber is pre-filled with high-grade ISO VG20 / VG32 turbine oil. Unlike standard lubricants, it does not emulsify under extreme heat, maintaining optimal cooling and lubrication for mechanical seals.
4. Heavy-Duty Bearings & Anti-Corrosion Coating:
Equipped with high-precision NSK bearings and high-temperature grease for extended operation (>10,000 hours). All cast iron parts undergo cathodic electrophoretic coating (80±5µm) to prevent chemical corrosion.
Standard submersible pumps fail rapidly in high-temperature liquids due to motor winding burnout, rubber seal melting, and bearing grease degradation.
