The WQP Series stainless steel submersible sewage pump is precision-cast entirely from premium stainless steel. With its self-pollution-free and corrosion-resistant construction, it greatly extends the range of drainage applications — from clean water and sewage to mildly corrosive and even seawater media.
Its high-efficiency hydraulic design delivers flow and head above national efficiency standards, saving electricity bills while prolonging service life. The full range of stainless steel grades — 304, 304L, 316, 316L (Duplex 2205 Super Duplex 2507 available on request) — lets you match the exact material to your working medium.

Product Features

· Full Stainless Steel Construction — The pump body, impeller and all wetted parts are precision-cast in stainless steel (304/304L/316/316L/Duplex 2205), giving outstanding corrosion resistance and zero media contamination.

· High-Efficiency Hydraulics — Closed double-channel impeller (standard) or semi-open cutting impeller (cutting type), with measured efficiency above the national standard for lower energy and running costs.

· Reliable Submersible Motor — IP68 protection and Class F insulation; models ≤7.5 kW are fitted with an over-current sensor that cuts power automatically under abnormal conditions.

· Multi-Line Leak-Proof Sealing — Double-end mechanical seals with an oil chamber; motors ≥11 kW use 2–3 mechanical seals in series, forming multiple non-leakage protection lines.

· Anti-Clogging & Anti-Winding — Double-channel and cutting impeller designs pass solids smoothly and shred long fibres, plastics, paper, cloth strips, straw, rope, etc.

· Optional Stirrer — An optional stirrer agitates settled sludge into suspension for complete discharge from the sewage pit.

· Special Cable Technology — Special cable manufacturing prevents water entering the motor through wire gaps even when the cable sheath is damaged.

· Wide Model Range — From 0.37 kW to 250 kW, DN50 to DN500; single-phase & three-phase; standard, cutting and explosion-proof versions.

Automatic Coupling System

· When the pump needs maintenance, it can be lifted out of the medium along the guide rails.

· The self-sealing mechanism and automatic mating of the coupling enable quick connection and sealing.

· The automatic coupling system resolves underwater installation in poor working conditions.

Selection Guide

· Clean water / general sewage with neutral pH → choose 304 (or 304L when extensive welding is involved) or cast iron sewage pump for tight budget

· Media containing chlorides, brackish water or seawater → choose 316 / 316L.

· Marine aquaculture, food and medical where hygiene and salt resistance both matter → choose 316L/2205

· High-chloride chemical media, stress-corrosion risk, or where higher strength can reduce pump size → choose Duplex 2205 (Super Duplex 2507 for the most severe duty).

· Always confirm pH, temperature, chloride content and solid characteristics with our engineers for a final recommendation.

FAQs

Q1: What stainless steel materials are available?

We offer 304, 304L, 316, 316L and Duplex 2205 as standard options, with Super Duplex 2507 available on request. The material is specified in the model code and can be matched to your working medium.
Q2: Can the pump handle seawater or corrosive media?

Yes. For seawater, brackish water and chloride-bearing media we recommend 2205 or 316L; for highly corrosive and high-chloride media, Duplex 2205 (or 2507) is recommended. Reference pH ranges: 304 → 4–10, 316 → 4–13, 316L → 3–13.
Q3: What is the minimum liquid level during operation?

The minimum liquid level should not be less than 2/3 of the motor height during operation to ensure proper motor cooling.
Q4: Can I get a single-phase version?

Yes. Single-phase models carry the letter “D” in the model code (e.g. WQD…), while three-phase models have no “D”.
Q5: Can the pump be customized (voltage, frequency, material, stirrer)?

Yes. We can customise voltage/frequency (e.g. 60 Hz, 220–660 V), material grade, add a stirrer device, or adapt the automatic coupling system to your installation. Please provide your working conditions to our engineers.
Q6: What is the warranty?

18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months from installation, whichever comes earlier. (Mechanical seal not included)
