What types of pumps are compatible with the external sewage lifting station?

The external sewage lifter adopts a separated pump and tank structure, which is standardly equipped with a dry-type vertical sewage pump(LW type). It can be flexibly matched with non-clog cutting pumps and high-flow non-clog pumps according to working conditions.
What type of liquid level sensor does the external sewage lifter use? What are its advantages?

This external sewage lifter is standardly fitted with a 304 stainless steel electrode liquid level sensor. Different from traditional float switches, it has no movable mechanical parts and avoids jamming or tangling caused by hair, fibers and impurities. Featuring sensitive induction and accurate start-stop control, it realizes automatic liquid level management to prevent pump idling and water overflow. A float switch liquid level sensor is optional for special sealed tank conditions.
What material options are available for the water tank and pipeline?

1. 304 Stainless Steel: The standard configuration material with cost-effective performance. It features outstanding rust resistance and oxidation resistance, suitable for conventional scenarios including domestic sewage, basement drainage, commercial toilet drainage and HVAC water systems, covering most civil and general commercial applications.
2. 316 Stainless Steel: The upgraded premium material with superior acid, alkali and salt spray corrosion resistance compared to 304 stainless steel. It is applicable for slightly corrosive wastewater, oily kitchen sewage, coastal high-humidity environments and light industrial wastewater, effectively preventing rust and perforation to extend equipment service life.
What standard valves are equipped on the equipment? What are their functions?

The equipment is fully factory-fitted with standard piping accessories, including gate valve, 90° elbow and ball check valve for direct installation and use. The functions of each component are as follows:
1. Gate Valve: Installed on the outlet pipelines as a main cut-off switch. It can completely shut off water flow, facilitating equipment inspection, cleaning and maintenance without draining the entire pipeline system.
2. 90° Elbow: Applied for pipeline direction adjustment to adapt to various on-site installation layouts. It optimizes pipeline routing, reduces flow resistance and avoids pressure buildup, ensuring smooth drainage even in narrow installation spaces.
3. Ball Check Valve: A core backflow prevention component mounted on the discharge end. It closes instantly when the pump stops, preventing sewage backflow to the tank, secondary water accumulation and odor generation. It also protects the pump from reverse rotation damage and delivers stable anti-clogging performance for sewage working conditions.
