TDLF
The TDLF series is a non-self-priming vertical multistage centrifugal pump, specifically engineered as the core power unit for high-rise building pressure boosting and industrial high-pressure fluid transmission.
Structural Design: It features a vertical long-shaft structure with the motor positioned at the top, driven directly via a coupling. The suction and discharge ports are aligned on the same horizontal plane (in-line design), allowing for an extremely compact installation footprint.
Space-Saving Design: The vertical installation structure saves approximately 60% of floor space compared to horizontal pumps with similar parameters, which is perfect for pump rooms with limited space.
Core Advantage: All components in contact with liquid (overflow parts) are made of high-grade stainless steel to ensure water purity. Its high-head capability allows for vertical delivery up to 300 meters, making it a reliable choice for modern industrial applications.
Maintenance Convenience: Equipped with a standard motor for easy replacement; the cartridge-type mechanical seal design allows for rapid seal replacement without removing the motor, ensuring long-term, maintenance-free operation.

The TDLF pump increases liquid pressure through the continuous work of multistage impellers:
Suction & Initial Boosting: Liquid enters the first-stage impeller from the bottom inlet and gains initial pressure through centrifugal force.
Interstage Stacking: The liquid is guided by stationary vanes into the next impeller stage; with each additional stage, the pressure of the liquid is cumulatively increased.
High-Pressure Discharge: After passing through multiple stages of acceleration, the liquid reaches the preset high-pressure state and is discharged through the outlet on the opposite side of the pump base.
Axial Force Balance: Precision-calculated impeller distribution and thrust bearing designs effectively balance the axial forces generated during operation.
