TPL Vertical Inline pump

Model TPL pumps are single-stage monobloc centrifugal pumps with in-line nozzles. This series is designed for maximum 120℃ water and industrial fluids. The pumps are equipped with air-cooled asynchronous motors. TPL pump is equipped with 380V/50Hz/IE3(or IE4) series V1 or B5 type special motor according to their needs, and the pump impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft extension,In other words, the pump can be easily removed for maintenance or repair without moving the pump casing. The pumps are equipped with a mechanical shaft seal to ensure long-term and efficient operation of it.Radial and axial forces are absorbed by the motor bearings, so additional bearings in the pump section are not required.The flow parts of the pump and the impeller are covered with a corrosion-resistant cataphoresis coating.TPL series vertical pipe circulating pump of SHANGHAI TQ GROUP is a new generation of products.According to the pump performance and design pressure and temperature, TP/TPL pump are divided into two subseries PN16/PN25.
Rotation direction: all look down clockwise from the top of the motor. The actual operation data of the motor is shown in the sample of the motor manufacturer.
